• I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET MY MONEY BACK PLEASE?

Unfortunately, We do not issue refunds if the order has already been SHIPPED. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can contact our fulfillment team to cancel your order and refund your money!

• CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND?

Unfortunately, there are strictly no returns UNLESS there are defects in the products. If there is, please inform us within ONE WEEK OF RECEIVING. In that case, we would be happy to help find resolution for the issue!

• CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A LARGER OR SMALLER SIZE?

We do offer exchanges.

• If customer wants to change the product, customer responsible for return shipping cost, and we will cover the cost of the new product's shipping.

• If the item received in different size than what we have listed please inform us within ONE WEEK of receiving. In that case, we would be happy to help and find solutions for the issue!

• We do not offer exchanges on items that are sold out or out of stock.
